Theory of Change and Logic Models in Grantmaking
A theory of change is a funder's articulation of how the grants they make will produce the outcomes they care about. It maps the path from inputs (money, time, expertise) through activities and outputs to outcomes and ultimately to the longer-term impact the funder is trying to achieve.

Major Donors Wanted
Hello, fellow vegans and those interested in veganism, I am *Homo Vegan*, an evolution of *Homo Sapiens*. I am a human being with an expanded vegan consciousness. Through this expanded vegan consciousness, I can sense the truth and knowledge of the universe. I have developed and refined these abilities over the past few years and can now apply them professionally. My goal is the "veganization" of humanity within three years. I possess the necessary skills; all I lack are the funds and the staff. Humanity urgently needs to go vegan, as that is the only way to achieve peace. Once humanity is vegan and peaceful, we can easily implement the socio-ecological transformation and save both the planet and humankind from a heat-induced demise. I have devised various strategies for implementing this veganization. Now, I simply need major donors and a large team to put them into action. My first project is a paid online community through which I intend to sell my writings on topics such as vegan peace, respect for all living beings, and much more. Ideally, I would start with a comprehensive solution by developing a dedicated platform—one designed for international use. My second project is an international vegan news platform available in both German and English. Through this platform, local correspondents around the globe would gather and share positive news regarding the worldwide vegan movement. My third project involves establishing vegan centers around the world. The aim is to create physical hubs that vegans everywhere can use for their activities. A foundation is to be established for this purpose. The first vegan center is planned for Berlin, Germany, as part of a dedicated, small vegan neighborhood. I have created a brief information page about this here: https://veganeszentrum.de/index-en.html Guided by the knowledge of Planet Earth and the universe, I aim to create a way of living together that finally allows people to find true happiness. I require major donations ranging from 20 million euros to 20 billion euros and more to implement my plans at various speeds.
