I will go first... 🙋 1️⃣ My name is Nathan Newberry. Married 15 years to my wife with 3 kids, 2 boys and a girl. I built and sold a marketing agency over 7 years, then moved into the high ticket sales world where I personally closed millions and went on to train sales teams producing millions per month. I live in the middle of Washington State in a Bavarian theme town called Leavenworth. Now I help founders build their authority brand, install a real sales process, and create demand generation systems that scale. 2️⃣ What I want out of this community is to serve you. To help business owners add real value to their clients and scale in a way that gets them into the freedom zone in their life and business. 3️⃣ For fun I love hiking, traveling with the family, playing guitar, and eating great food. Good call today. Here's the breakdown so you don't lose what we covered. WHAT WE COVERED - Wins round: personal and business updates from the group - - Kelli's pricing question: hourly vs. retainer for her healthcare advisory service - - Full Life Success framework: designing your business around your life goals, not the other way around - - Priority alignment: God, spouse, kids, others, vocation. In that order. - - Goal setting: reverse-engineering your year and anchoring it to the calendar - - Faith conversation: building an intentional relationship with God and the role it plays in legacy HIGHLIGHTS - Wes crushed a sprint triathlon Saturday with nearly 10% improvement. That's a W. - - Wes made a strong Manhattan trip and connected with an investor who owns 20 net lease deals. This guy called Wes "the most detailed investor advisor in his 20 years of investing." Get him on a sales call, Wes. - - Helen knocked out her full brand setup: name secured, Instagram bio finalized, Calendly live, 90-day offer locked, brand playbook done, coaching proposal built. She's ready to run ads. - - Kelli re-sent a proposal with a Calendly link and got the client re-engaged. Good follow-through. - - Nathan broke down the retainer model: hourly billing penalizes efficiency. A tiered retainer creates predictable revenue and is scalable when you bring on contractors. Build the business to replace you. BIG TAKEAWAYS 1. 90% of your business is marketing and sales. Fulfillment is only 10%. Stop spending all your time perfecting what you deliver before anyone buys. 2. 2. Define your life goals first. Build the business to fund them. If your family, health, and faith are casualties of your growth, you've missed the point. 3. 3. Intentionality is not optional. Put your priorities on the calendar, not just in your head. Five minutes of intentional time beats zero every week. 4. 4. Legacy is the real scorecard. What do people say at your funeral? Build toward that, not just the revenue number.

Good call today. Here's what we covered so you don't lose the momentum. WHAT WE COVERED - Stalled proposals and how to get them moving again - Content creation bottlenecks and building a lead-gen system - Why converting people in your existing circle rarely works - Building an owned audience vs. relying on social media platforms - The 3-step funnel you need: Acquisition, Warm-Up, Booking HIGHLIGHTS The biggest thing we tackled today was proposals. If you send a contract without scheduling a review call, the deal stalls. People gut-check the price alone and talk themselves out of it. Book the review call while you're still on the phone with them. If a deal is already stalled, make a small update to the proposal and use it as a reason to get everyone back on a call. Works more than you'd think. We also talked about social media being rented land. The real asset is your database: name, email, and phone. Lead magnets get people to an opt-in page. That's what you own. BIG TAKEAWAYS 1. Schedule the next step before the current meeting ends. During the call, not after. 2. Social media is for attention. Your database is the actual business. Build the list. 3. You need three systems: getting leads in, warming them up, converting to booked calls. If one's missing, money is leaking. 4. People in your circle see you as a peer, not a solution. Build an audience through content and ads. Who am I??
My kids call me Wonder Woman — and I've earned it. LA raised me, and life made me stronger. I'm a single mom of 5, a trained nurse, and someone who turns chaos into clarity. I'm building toward full financial and time freedom through eCommerce, digital products, acquisitions and stepping into my next chapter as a coach. Grow Pro is going to teach me how to become the coach I'm called to be. I'm here to learn the skills, build the systems, and create the blueprint so I can turn around and help others do the same. Learn it. Live it. Teach it. I'm chasing a dream I've had for 30+ years which is taking all 5 of my kids to Europe. That trip is my "why" made visible.
