I run Immortal Models (immortal-models.com) a boutique model agency based in Ljubljana, Slovenia, specializing in scouting top faces for the global high fashion industry. Every week I get messages like: “Do I have the right look?” “How do I actually get scouted?” “What do agencies really look for?” “Why do some models go international and others don’t?” Most people only see the surface: Instagram, campaigns, runways. Very few ever get access to how the industry truly works behind the scenes. Once in a while we get some people who are super active here, whether it’s just interacting in different communities or building their own, but then after a short while they completely disappear from Skool… I’m just wondering, what happens to them?
