GOOSIFY taught me how to Skool!!
I've been thinking about my community idea for at least 6 months... but not *doing the thing.* After 19 days in this community, I've created my icon, cover image, description, welcome course, and plans for regular posts and what will happen in the community. Thank you all for such a welcoming and inspiring space! So... I think I'm really doing this? Am I missing anything? How do I know when I'm ready to invite my first people?

Had the pleasure of signing the bus with @Goose Dunlavey at the skool games yesterday. Did not even know their was a skool crm and have been managing this all out of google sheets. Soooooooooo easy to say that I am happy this exists. favorite pokemon is scyther!

Dude, I'm a tomato
I joined this place in January. I looked around, couldn't figure out what the eff was going on, but knew someday I MIGHT be cool enough to figure it out. Since then, a lot has shifted. In February I went full-time on Skool, in March I had to pivot again, and today, I just switched my community with 100 members to a paid one, and I'm excited and terrified at the same time. (I need to work on that.) So I came in to report my win. I also just upgraded to premium, added the goose, with the help of my friend @Christina Joy . (because I still can't figure out wtf is going on). Haha! So, yah! Hi! I'm Kristine! I'm ready to get in and be one of the cool kids now. Throw some tomatoes at me, so I can unlock some ๐Ÿ’ฉ! Thanks! Breathe Easy
Have you ever thought about how they named the most important system in the body a nervous system? Maybe to keep us in a perpetual state of nervousness. Dont forget to breath deeply and intentionally. Your breath contains superpowers of CALMing your nervous system. Breath all the way down to the belly and utilize the diaphram to draw the air all the way down to the abdomen. Laughing helps as well, or even a long humming sound will stimulate the CALM system and return you to the parasympathetic state of rest.
