Grateful for people confiding in me when they have a moment of trouble. I had 2 occasions today where colleagues has found themselves in a challenging moment. They reached out for support. It’s a special feeling being able to help someone through those moments, though you may not have solved it more them then and there, it allows them to feel confident to take the next step. That’s pretty cool.
