Since Christmas I’ve been stressed. For me stress always comes with eating too much and the wrong stuff. And not exercising enough. So, yeh, a bad combo for weight. I’ve put on a lot (for me)… I have two days before I’m on leave for a week. Pretty much no tech for 7 days. Will just be touching base with my community. On return my focus is moving more, eating healthy (and early) to stop bad cravings.
