Thinking of launching a private community for the real side of the modeling industry. I run Immortal Models (immortal-models.com) a boutique model agency based in Ljubljana, Slovenia, specializing in scouting top faces for the global high fashion industry. Every week I get messages like: “Do I have the right look?” “How do I actually get scouted?” “What do agencies really look for?” “Why do some models go international and others don’t?” Most people only see the surface: Instagram, campaigns, runways. Very few ever get access to how the industry truly works behind the scenes.
