Hey friends 👋🏻 Got a question, curious what you guys think...

Absolutely loved what Goose said , that business is hard, but making it fun makes it easy , it's spot on, but 🙃 What you do with people who are so to say "rough around the edges" or maybe are too serious, like I noticed most trades people and so on, they don't have a favorite pokemon and overall seems like there might be some lack of rainbow colors, everything is more black and white 🥶 Those of you who deal with "serious" people, what's your formula for moving the needle in the right direction?
