Iβve found a bunch myself, and thatβs how I went from averaging eight hours a day to now only about one hour a day. And thatβs without consuming mindless content, just messages, podcasts, audiobooks, and books. Iβve been consistent with this for over eight months. (crazy I know)
I donβt even watch YouTube videos, short-form content, TV shows, or movies anymore. Iβve also helped a bunch of my clients with this, and we all have different hacks that work for us.
