🍓What´s the purpose of the spammer bots?

For the love of God, I do not get the spammer bots. What´s their purpose?

Apart from being like those annoying flies at a summer BBQ: they don't contribute anything, they just want to land on my food. I get in some extent those who are scammers cause they want something. But the others that just copy-paste stuff and post it on reapeat.. What´t their deal?
