What I learned from Hormozi's book launch

If you don't know Alex Hormozi launched a new book yesterday...$100M Money Models in epic style. A way only he can. I tuned in LIVE for 5.5 HOURS.

Here are some of my takeaways from the launch yesterday (where he not only broke but absolutely crushed a world record).

Giving first works. He had built up so much goodwill people were throwing money at him.
Proof over absolutely everything.
You have to be GOOD. He is an expert... and that shows. If you aren't good and can't get people results you won't last.
Cashflow is king. Focus on your cashflow!
He puts on an absolute MASTERCLASS in selling.

And most importantly....

I can work harder! No excuses!
