What do you do when you lose motivation and feel stuck in life?
Lately, I’ve been feeling like I’m walking through fog.
You know that state when you technically have goals, but every morning it feels like your energy just isn’t there?
You wake up, stare at the to-do list, and think, β€œWhat’s the point?”
I tried pushing myself β€” writing plans, watching motivational videos, reading self-help books…
But after a few days, the spark always faded again.
At some point, I realized something simple but powerful:
It’s really hard to move forward alone.
So I decided to do something different β€” I started looking for people who also wanted to grow, who were tired of doing it solo.
I ended up creating a small group where we set goals together, track progress, and just support each other honestly.
We meet online, share updates, and hold each other accountable β€” but without pressure or judgment.
And it’s crazy how much it changed my energy.
I feel focused again, and I’m actually following through on the things I start.
If you’ve ever felt like that β€” stuck, unmotivated, or lost between ideas β€” maybe you’ll find this helpful too.
Here’s the community I joined (and helped build):
It’s a space for people who want to restart their life, set meaningful goals, and grow together.
What do you usually do when motivation disappears?
Would love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
