What do you do when you lose motivation and feel stuck in life?
Lately, Iโve been feeling like Iโm walking through fog. You know that state when you technically have goals, but every morning it feels like your energy just isnโt there? You wake up, stare at the to-do list, and think, โWhatโs the point?โ I tried pushing myself โ writing plans, watching motivational videos, reading self-help booksโฆ But after a few days, the spark always faded again.
