What are You Tolerating That’s Silently Slowing Your Momentum???

..I’ve found this to be a fundamental question.....one that gets us us to reflect on our results and the decisions behind them...

💥The answer doesn’t always show up right away... Mostly it doesn't....:))))

Sometimes what comes to mind first feels obvious or external, very superficial...like being distracted by certain people or situations...or getting distracted by social media....Things like that...

And yet, if you stay with the question a bit longer, you may observe something else begin to surface....

💥It could be something way deeper and usually is - More personal.

...........Maybe a way you’ve been placing yourself second... I know I did and that cost me a lot in the past...

.........Maybe a space you haven’t fully protected... gave too much of yourself to others who used your energy and gave nothing in return...

........Or a standard you didn’t realize had slowly shifted...to a lower one...to please someone ...

That’s why this question matters a lot....

It creates room for deeper awareness

. And From there, choice becomes available again. ..And with choice, momentum has a way of returning..Really fast. In my case it was monumental. I changed everything....
