What am I doing wrong? 😖

My Wingman still shows my old community icon - it gets notifications just like it should, and the extension seems fine. I have signed out and back in, I have done sync, and I just don't know how to get them to talk.. In Wingman, every single person is "Fresh lead" even though I have tagged a couple hundred in the extension.

Am I doing it wrong?
