💡 What Actually Grows a Skool Community?
I asked community builders one simple question:
“What’s at least 1 simple action people are taking to grow their Skool community?”
After reviewing all responses, here’s what became obvious.
It’s not:
• Fancy funnels
• Viral posts
• Perfect branding
• More platforms
It’s conversations. Ta daaa 🎩 😀.
Here’s a snapshot of what people actually said:
“Consistent daily engagement.”
“DMs, comments, calls.”
“Networking calls.”
“Free sessions + sales calls.”
“Outreach.”
“Helping people directly in DMs.”
“Building real relationships.”
“Trust turns into long-term income.”
“Conversations inside and outside the community.”
“Leads are the constraint.”
“Content + outreach.”
“Give value in other groups and then run outreach engines.”
Different wording.
Same core pattern.
Community growth = repeated human conversations.
Even content only works when it leads to a conversation.
So, the conclusion I have come to which is extremely helpful for me is if you want members, talk to humans.
Not just the algorithm.
Pick one main way you’re going to do that and then do it consistently.
That’s your foundation. Everything else is a bonus.
Thanks for reading!
