Update: Implemented...
Last week I took notes on how engagement was guided in this group. It was done so fluidly that it became natural and I now look forward to it.
A couple days ago, I made some similar changes in my group as well as started my VA on using Wingman for messages. We crushed it yesterday with engagement a few upsells in the group.
I'm enjoying this process. I'm especially enjoying commenting and supporting all the cool humans in here.
