This Day Did Not Try to Impress & It Did Not Disappoint
I created a poem (letβs loosely call it that, right? π€£π€£π€£) for my community members. Then i decided Iβve just gotta adapt it for Goosify! So, here it goes:
βTwas the Sunday before Christmas,
and the pace felt unofficial.
Half thinking about doing something,
half deciding it wasnβt essential.
A few boxes were checked.
A few plans went dark.
The to-do list stared back,
then lost the spark.
There was scrolling involved.
There was strategic avoidance.
There was strong commitment
to low expectations and silence.
And somehow, in all of that very real mess,
the day stayed kind, no pressure to impress.
No big finish line waved.
Just ease that felt like success.
Okay, okay, okayβ¦stop throwing pillows at me. i already know itβs corny!Β π½ π€£
