They think a community’s easy to start,
just make a page and watch it take part.
But founders know the unwritten rule,
there’s sweat behind every Skool.
You write the posts when nobody’s there,
you welcome new members who silently stare.
You ask the questions, you light the flame,
hoping tomorrow won’t look the same.
You show up mornings, nights, and noon,
even when growth doesn’t happen soon.
You cheer one comment like it’s a crowd,
because every small win makes you proud.
Then slowly the silence begins to break,
voices appear and friendships awake.
The thing you built starts to breathe and move,
a living community starting to groove.
And that’s when founders quietly grin,
remembering how the whole thing began
not with a crowd, not fame, not rule
Just one stubborn dream
and a page on Skool.
