Avocado is great but the seed is yet another level.
Avocado seeds are nutrient-dense powerhouses, containing over 70% of the fruit's total antioxidants, plus fiber, healthy fats and polyphenols. Consuming them, usually dried or directly grated in smoothies, salads or on top of your food, can help lower cholesterol, improve digestive health, boost immunity, reduce inflammation and support cardiovascular function.
We usually throw away the good parts :) Donยดt do it with the avocado!
