5 quick things that help your body support your business
We are living beings, not machines. To get your body giving your business its best, give it what it needs. It doesn’t have to take long and the payoff is massive energy, focus and memory.
Quick things that help your body support your biz:
  • Breathe deeply. Shallow breathing tends to stress and reduce clarity. We don’t get enough oxygen. Breathe slowly and deeply to help calm your nerves and get sharper focus.
  • Balanced eating. Less sugar and processed meals that slow your body. If you’re not having them much yet, each day swap in some more fruit, veggies, whole grains, legumes and spices. Rotate varieties each week for broader nutrients.
  • Medicinal mushrooms. Lions Mane, Reishi, Chaga and Turkey Tail make me feel much sharper, more calm and even more inspired. They don’t taste awesome so mixing them into a chocolate-y or chai-like smoothie works very well.
  • Walk every day. Without it I feel like a zombie. Even a quick one can give you a refreshed perspective which can make a massive difference.
  • 2 short sprints a week, until you’re out of breath. They’re over with so quickly and make me feel like I’ve flushed my brain so it works cleaner. Enjoy heightened neuroplasticity, memory, and focus that makes deep work easier.
