Messaged 3 leads yesterday asking what they were stuck on.

One replied.

ONE.

ended up being one of the most useful conversations I’ve had so far.

She said she’s not actively riding yet — she’s mostly trying to learn how to relax as a pillion on her partner’s bike and maybe eventually work toward riding herself.

And suddenly I realised:…wait.There’s probably a whole group of women sitting in this exact stage that nobody really talks about.

So now I’m accidentally creating a whole new course I never planned on making 💀

Which feels like a good reminder that sometimes building community is less about “more content” and more about actually asking people what’s going on in their brain.
