Increase participation

I started my second Skool today. I started my first one over a week ago. At first I had good momentum but now it is crickets. People have downloaded my free guides but have not participated in anything. I want my second one to start out stronger. I want to increase visibility and participation. What are some out of the box ways you increased participation?
