💤I need some tips on how to wake when when i want to!
😕the problem is i keep setting alarms (like 5-10) and i subconsciously turn them off! i tried putting my phone on the other side of the room but that doesn't work either..
I would like to wake up around 6-7.. or even 5 if possible.. but i see myself waking up at 9-10 and me no likey that!!
I NEED A WAY TO WAKE UP AND STAY AWAKE!!😡
