GIF trouble

Hey there. I took a screen shot of the instructions to start making own GIFs and got the App, made my account and tried to request creator account. It lets me complete everything but right at the end it has an avatar/JPG to choose and I assume upload, but it won’t let me do anything.

So the button to send request doesn’t work either.

Has anyone else tried and the same happened? Or does anyone know a workaround?
