The morning is such an important part of the day for me. What happens then can often determine the vibe for the whole day so itโs pretty important to start well.
My routine is very simple. Because my tolerance is low lol I really focus on good vibes and I love to wake up with some humour and fun and really try stay away from negative stuff for a bit.
Iโm almost always super hungry which I attribute to intense evening workouts so I immediately have coffee and breakfast. No extra stimulation I just enjoy the food, coffee and nice morning light. then straight to work.
Iโll use my fresh morning energy for creative stuff. so far this is working for me.
