ππ» Do you have yearly, monthly, weekly, even daily goals?!
Oftentimes we set goals too far off into the future⦠which means the mindfuckery can creep in and sabotage the daily actions we need to take to reach those goals⦠there also was a study done out of Harvard suggesting that a long to do list may do you more harm than good.
Much like when you have more than 3 bullets the brain just sort of goes into fuzz mode, having more than 3 things on your to do list your brain can do the same thing.
So, what are the three things you are going to accomplish today, things that actually move the needle forward rather than keep you stuck where you are??
