A fun chat with my daughter revealed...
...a question.
Feeling grateful for a fun chat with one of my daughter's last night.
She asked what our fav concert was. My response - as is typical of me always with a story to tell - was this.
Picture a pub...and me working behind the bar...this was in Perth when I was making a go of life for myself...
(She had no idea that I had that experience in my employment history). Surprise!
One of the regulars asked if I had any plans that night. He had a spare ticket to go see Dire Straits with his mates.
I said "no plans - would love to go." We were three rows from the front of the stage π€©
Turns out - he was a cousin to one of the band members. Then he said "we're going to catch up after the concert if you want to join us..." ...so I did...and got to meet the band (except for the lead singer)...and get their autographs...
