I’m Ceez (César González), bilingual life insurance agent out of the San Fernando Valley, CA. I run my own agency (Final Expense + IUL) serving Spanish-speaking families, plus a separate notary/apostille business. I’m working with two GBP listings — one for insurance, one for apostille/notary — and I’m here to level up both. Already have bilingual descriptions, citations, and a post-sale review request flow in my CRM, but I know there’s a lot more juice to squeeze, especially for local Spanish-language search. Main goals: rank higher in the local pack, get more calls straight from Maps, and dial in my review strategy. Excited to learn from you all — if anyone’s optimized GBP for a bilingual market, I’d love to hear what worked. 🤝
