Hi Chris,
I recently switched to Symprosys on my Shopify store after previously using the YouTube & Google app. Although the app still appears to be connected to my store, I’ve noticed a significant drop in conversions.
I followed the steps to connect Symprosys to Google Ads and implemented the recommended tracking setup, but it doesn’t seem to be working properly at the moment.
Do I also need to install Trackbee, or should Symprosys together with the YouTube & Google app be sufficient?
Additionally, my Google Ads account keeps indicating that my Shopify store needs to be connected, even though the YouTube & Google app is live. I’m not sure why this is happening.
Since switching to Symprosys, my conversions have dropped significantly. Could you please advise on what might be causing this?
