switch ad account?

Hello guys,I've been changing a lot of stuff in the campaign bcs of wrong setting and bad tracking setup,which I think reset learning phase,and cause perfomance drop.I am thinking of just closing this ad account and setting a new one with everything set up correctly from the start.or just launch a brand new campaign with the existing ad account since it has more than 1 k spend and a good CPC (0.30).
