Raised budget to $49/day yesterday, zero sales today
I raised my PMax budget to $49/day yesterday. Today: 76 clicks, $32 spent, normal CTR (~1%), but zero sales — checked Shopify directly, genuinely zero, not a tracking issue. Nothing looks technically broken (device split normal, spend spread across products as usual). Is one zero-sale day right after a budget increase something to actually watch closely, or just normal variance? Curious if others have seen a dip like this right after scaling budget specifically.
How to Scale Google Ads Without Killing ROAS
I’ve been running Google Ads for almost a month now. I started at $20/day with around 150 products and have gradually scaled the budget up to $49/day, but the more I increase the budget, the lower my ROAS seems to get. How would you approach scaling in this situation? What’s the best way to scale faster while keeping ROAS at a reasonable level?

@Oswin Crispin I’m running Performance Max. Across all campaigns, I increase the budget every 3 days as long as the ROAS stays above my break-even ROAS. The decline in ROAS usually happens after scaling, even though conversions increase.
