Big Win For GPCU Member Rachel Francis 🙌🏾🔥🚀
Happy New Year, GPCU 🎉 This is a special post. Last night, I was blessed to hit the stage with Big X Tha Plug for Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest in Las Vegas. It was a huge moment. But the most powerful part? One of our own GPCU members, @Rachel Francis , was on that stage with us. This was Rachel’s very first TV performance — and she showed up like a pro. She: - Learned the parts - Came prepared - Conducted herself professionally - Used tools and mindset from GPCU to deliver under pressure And she killed it. This right here is the vision. This is why GPCU exists. To help musicians be ready when the moment comes. Rachel — congratulations. This is just the beginning. GPCU family, please congratulate her and encourage her to keep going 👏🏾🎸 Proud of you. More wins on the way. — Damien “Dammo” Farmer Good People Club University 🤝🏾

GPCU Accountability Recognition 🏆
Good People, We’re starting something new inside GPCU. From time to time, I’ll be recognizing members who are showing up, applying what they’re learning, and staying consistent — especially in our accountability spaces. This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about participation, effort, and growth. For our first-ever GPCU Accountability Recognition, I want to shout out: 🏆 Terance Key @Terance Key Terance has been the most active in our Accountability Check-In — consistently responding, reflecting, and putting the work into motion. That’s exactly the energy that moves careers forward. You’re setting the tone, bro. Appreciate you for leading by example. 🤝🏾🔥 This is just the beginning. More recognitions coming. — Dammo Good People Club University (GPCU)

Module 1 Homework 🚀
Lesson 1: Three areas to tighten up: 1. Maintaining a consistent practice schedule across both my primary instrument and additional skills I’m working on. 2. Giving my 100% all in attention and effort to situations were half effort would still outperform for the situation (IE full pro consistently event when it might not make a visible difference in that particular situation) 3. Commit to dialing in tones, sounds, pedals, and gear for local shows. Lesson 2: What “Ready” Looks like: - Great sounding, well maintained, reliable gear (Extras on hand for repair/replacement). - Be able to execute the music at a high level prior to first rehearsal. - Understanding of nature of the assignment, logistics, travel, lodging, call times, and personnel. - Understand hierarchy of leadership and event coordination. - Identify appropriate ways to add additional value and when it may be appropriate to action. Lesson 3: EPK
