This community has been a long time coming. We’ve been recruiting professionally for over 10 years, across agency desks and in-house teams, in fast-growth startups and established environments. In that time, we’ve seen tools change, markets shift, and hiring get faster and noisier, but the same truth keeps showing up: good hires still come down to judgment, clarity, and human connection. That’s what Good ’n’ Hired is built around. We started with an ebook that embraces AI tools without letting them strip the humanity out of hiring. From there, we’re building out our own proprietary tools at goodnhired.com, including a job post creator and a job post optimizer designed to help teams attract the right candidates with clarity instead of noise.
