How much time should kids practice their activities outside of structured practice times? I know there can be a billion ways to answer this, due to all the life variables and desired outcomes, but give it a shot and explain your reasoning.

Cell Phones!
There is a definite learning curve, but they will all have one at some point. When is the right time for kids to get a cell phone, social media (which is just about every app,) and what are the pros and cons?

Let's grow this group! I know most of you and ...
Wouldn't it be fun to get a bunch of people in here. A couple days ago we were over #500 for Discovery in the Soorts section in the Skool app. This morning we were up to #300. The more we comment and interact the more the app will suggest us to other people. So, comment, like, and invite others to this group. You all drive the conversation. Let me know what issues are important to you and I will do my best to steer us in that direction. I invision us having weekly group discussions where we can dive into a topic, maybe having guest speakers, or even smaller groups discussions were we tackle someones individual current issue. What do ya think?
New season/New team anxiety.
Hey sports parents! Have you ever had a situation like this: It's the start of the new season and your little athlete is SCREAMING that they don't want to go, when just last week they couldn't stop talking about how excited they were for the new season. Now they are saying they want to quit! It's so confusing and stressful for everyone involved. What strategies have you tried to get through situations like this? There are a lot of options, some work better than others. Anyone brave enough to share your stories or some advice?
