Over the next 21 days, we’ll be moving through gentle, intentional practices designed to support nervous system regulation, awareness, and integration. Each day builds on the last, allowing space for your body and mind to settle, respond, and realign at a sustainable pace.
For Day One, please bring:
- A quiet, comfortable space
- Something to sit or lie on
- A journal and something to write with
- Water

- Please plan to join with your microphone muted to support a calm, uninterrupted space
- Move at your own pace
- Engage as much or as little as feels supportive
