This week is about checking in with yourself honestly, not just pushing through. A lot of us know how to keep going. This week, I want you to pay attention to how you’re actually feeling while you’re building. Prompt: What do you need more of right now to feel supported, grounded, or like yourself again? Task: Give yourself one intentional moment this week that is just for you. No productivity attached to it. No pressure to turn it into content or work. Reminder: You deserve care even when you are still becoming. Optional share: What is one thing you’re choosing to give yourself more of this week?

This week is about capacity. You are allowed to stop carrying things that no longer belong to you. Prompt: What is currently draining you the most in your life, business, or mindset, and why are you still holding onto it? Task: Choose one thing this week to pause, release, simplify, or say no to. It does not have to be dramatic. Small shifts still matter. Reminder: Protecting your peace is productive too. Optional share: What is one thing you are giving yourself permission to let go of?

This Week’s Work (Week 2)
This week is about how you show up. Not the version of you that feels safe.The version of you that feels true. Prompt: Where are you shrinking, filtering, or holding back your voice right now in your brand or your life? Task: Write out what you would say if you weren’t trying to be liked, approved, or understood. Do not edit it. Do not soften it. Just let it be honest. You do not have to post it. This is for you. Reminder: Your voice does not need permission. It needs honesty. Optional share: One word that describes how it felt to be real with yourself this week.

Golden Girls, I added something for you in the classroom. The Alignment Check-In Guide is now live under Lesson 1. This is your starting point. Before we focus on building, I want you to take a moment to slow down and get honest about where you are right now, in life and in your brand. This is not something to rush through. Take your time with it. Be real with your answers. Skip what doesn’t land and sit with what does. After you complete it, come back and respond to this week’s prompt. If you feel comfortable, share one word or one realization that came up for you.
