Hi everyone, my name is Lauren Lucas, real estate entrepreneur located in Columbus, OH. I bought my first investment property in 2015, became a licensed agent in 2017, went on to get licensed as a broker associate in 2022, and co-own a top producing team in our region, with my partner, Jenn. We have helped 600+ families in their real estate journey, have built a business that is 80%+ referral based, since we formed the team in 2019. We currently have 3 agents (the 2 of us, and one other, and 2 supporting staff).

What drew me to this community, and what I would love to get out of this community is leverage systems and AI to get free from the transaction treadmill. We are blessed to be busy, but I would improve our systems and processes and utilize AI to automate lead generation, lead follow-up, and filling our pipeline so our time can better be focused on what we are best at: sales, and serving the clients.
