I just added what I call the Back Softener to the classroom. The perfect back massage to help relieve stress, pain and the bullshit of the world. And as a bonus I also added a technique that I call "The Auras Caress" aka Kissing it and making it feel better!. Let me know when you try it and please by all means give feed back.
