Live Class Today!
Today is the day of our first live class! A few reminders: • This class is free for all members of Goblin Craft (Donations are welcome, and I will provide a link for that.) • It will start at 7 PM central and run for about 45 minutes. • It will take place over the Live Meeting tool on this platform. • The theme of this class is Introduction to Crochet. • I plan on recording the meeting, if possible, so that it will be available for those who weren't able to attend. • If there is sufficient interest, this will be a recurring meeting, with different subjects/themes from week to week. Supplies for this week include: Crochet hook, yarn, and scissors. Dassit. (6mm hook and Medium Weight yarn in a light or bright color are recommended.) I promise not to spam your inbox like this about future meetings. Once we get into a routine, we won't need as many reminders and announcements leading up to it. 💚

Rules and Guidelines
Since this is a group for feral crafters, I will try to keep the rules to a minimum. 🌿🍄🌿 - Use kind words - Not all art will appeal to all audiences. Objective critique should be offered only when requested, and care should be taken not to "yuck" on the styles and subject matters others enjoy. Remember, we're all weird here. - Be on topic - Make sure your posts are in the proper category (Painting, Crochet, General, etc.) and try to avoid derailing conversations that are taking place. If a conversation evolves beyond the scope of that category, feel free to continue the discussion in General. - No T.R.A.S.H. - T.R.A.S.H. stands for Transphobia, Racism, Ableism, Sexism, and Homophobia, but the rule applies to bigotry in all of its forms. For example, this includes Sinophobia (bigotry towards China/the Chinese people) and classism. It does not include fascists, which are excluded per the tolerance paradox. - No GenAi - Generative AI is a clustermuck of ethical, environmental, and practical trouble, and it is antithetical to the purpose of this community. As such, its use in the creative process for my classes is prohibited, and Gen AI content will be removed unless there is a valid educational purpose for its inclusion. - Must be 18+ - This community is intended for adults. We may discuss subjects or use language that is not suitable for younger participants. If you have a young student who would like to take my classes, please inquire about my lessons on Outschool! ☺ 🌿🍄🌿 These rules may change over time as the group grows and evolves. Repeated violations of the rules may incur a warning or removal from the community. 🌿🍄🌿

Live Classes Coming Soon!
A time slot is opening up for me on Wednesday evenings, and I've decided to use that hour to offer live classes here on Skool. These will be informal video chats, and the subject matter will vary from week to week depending on the interests and engagement of the attendees (and my own fickle whims.) These classes will be FREE and will be available to anyone who is signed up for the community. They will occur weekly on Wednesdays at 7 PM Central and will run for approximately 45 minutes. The subject matter of the classes will vary from week to week, so I will post information about upcoming classes, the planned focus, and any required materials in advance so that anyone interested in attending can prepare. Currently, I am planning on the first class being on April 22nd, 2026, but I may get to start sooner if my current class wraps up more quickly than expected. Questions? Comment below!
