GLR Systems Lab is a practical community for learning how to turn recurring work into AI workflows you can understand, test, improve, and reuse. We’re not here to chase every new AI tool, blindly copy automations, or automate things just because we can. We’re here to learn how to think in systems. That means understanding the work first, breaking it into clear steps, deciding where AI actually helps, building deliberately, testing what happens, and improving the workflow until it becomes something useful and reusable. What we’ll work on: - Breaking real work into clear processes - Identifying inputs, decisions, actions, and outputs - Finding where AI actually adds value - Designing practical workflows - Testing failures, edge cases, and assumptions - Improving systems based on real results - Documenting workflows so they can be reused and maintained You do not need to be a developer to belong here. What matters is being willing to understand the system instead of blindly copying the result. Our core process: Understand → Map → Build → Test → Improve → Reuse You’ll see that process throughout GLR Systems Lab. Some systems will be simple. Others may involve AI, automation, APIs, software, or several tools working together. Either way, the principle stays the same: Know what the system is supposed to do. Know why each part exists. Verify that it actually works. Ask questions. Share what you’re building. Share failures as well as wins. The goal isn’t to leave with a folder full of random automations. The goal is to become better at recognizing, designing, testing, and improving systems. Welcome to GLR Systems Lab.
