Ion REM Spray
Purchased the spray last week during live… I’ve been up too late on my computer working these past couple weeks and found myself having a hard time settling down for bed. Next thing I know it’s too late and I’m not getting a good night sleep (especially according to my RingConn)…
Last night was the first night I tried it and it took me 30 mins till I was out cold and got a 90 sleep score!!! I will say the mint-ness of the nasal spray is a bit different from my regular ones that I make myself with deionized water but at least it’s not yucky smelling. Gonna give it another go tonight so I’ll report back tomorrow to let you know how tonight goes.
Anyone else tried it? Love it? Hate it? Interested in trying it too??
