🚨 We’re hiring a Candidate Screening Specialist!

We’re looking for someone detail-oriented to review applications and help identify top talent while keeping our hiring process smooth and organized.

Full-time · Remote · PST Schedule

Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST

Compensation: $600–$1,000 USD/month depending on experience

Requirements

Experience in candidate screening, recruiting, or a similar field for at least 1 year.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in assessing candidate qualifications.
Demonstrated ability to meet performance targets within fast-paced environments.
