Wow - what a big one! for those familiar with Full Moon energy and pracitces the eclipse weaves an energetic layer into the properties of this potent time. For the Full Moon Eclipse think of the energies being more about releasing and transmuting than growing and heightening. This is a powerful time for - Transformation - Rebirth - Shadow work - Release - Sudden endings - Heightened intuition - Clarity 🦋Perhaps you have patterns or people or events you feel you have outgrown. You could write down the things you are ready to release and burn them in a fire or candle. 🦉Perhaps there are aspects of yourself you have tried to push down or hide away. You could create a soft space to journey and set some candles, music etc to set the mood. Ask your guides and higher self to guide you on a journey to learn more about these parts of yourself that may feel bad or unhelpful. Close your eyes, breathe gently and see where your guides take you! Can you meet this part and give it love?
