Physical Bank accounts that we can open remotely?

Hi,

I came to know that capital one 360 checking personal accounts can be opened remotely with an ITIN, address, US number and an address.

But they too recently stopped doing that as per the screenshot.

If you know any other physical banks that we can open remotely, plz let me know.
