What's the main reason you are working in dispatching world.
As im starting out my journey in this new career path it got me thinking, other than the obvious of needing to pay bills and liking money what was one if any of the main reasons that brought you into the world of dispatching ?
For me it's multiple reasons from paying the bills, to my most honest a passion for the trucking industry. I want drivers to cover as many load as they can, hassle free/keep shippers happy with doing business & keep the world going in the easiest way possible!
Love to help driver/shipper continue to keep the world going.
Something you fell into & grew more passionate about.
Networking with others across countries/States/Provinces.
