Time management question

Hey everyone. I was just trying to get your thoughts on anyone who’s been doing this business on the side and has a full-time job and how they’ve been managing their time to make this work? I have a full-time job and I’m trying to wrap my head around how I can efficiently and effectively execute the things I learned for this business and if it will work during the evening times. how have some of you face these challenges and what are you doing to maximize your time management?
