Intro to me!

I live in So. California! I am a retired CDL holder. I have worked for a few carriers, and drove off and on, for approximately 12 years. Refer, dry box, Hazmat, and some flatbed. Driver, trainer, dedicated. My fave was flatbed. They actually want what's on the truck cause they ordered it and need it, vs. it's just another load for the warehouse. I am hoping my experience will let my drivers know I have been there and done that. I get where they are coming from. Their frustrations and struggles with the lifestyle they have chosen. Onward and upward!
