Its been a minute since i made a post but just let it be known work is still been done no procrastinating. My first month dispatching a new carrier wasn't easy but i learn a lot. I got a lot of rejection for loads but i still made the next call and the next, so everyone who got a new carrier and finding it difficult i just want to say, never let rejection stop you from moving ahead. A lot of brokers within the industry will make it extremely difficult for a new carrier to even book a single load but don't let that make you doubt your own skills and question your ability to dispatch efficiently. take all those rejection and unanswered emails to fuel your success it never easy for the new kid on the block but don't let the title of being new slow you down.
You can leverage broker that work with new carrier and get sign up with their personal load board, yes i know there isn't a lot who work with new carrier but make full use of the one who do. Factoring connections is also a great way to get connect with broker if your carrier use that resource. In short just keep going at it because it better with every call you made. 1% better everyday💪
