First Day

How did your first day as an independent dispatcher go? Once you got your LLC setup, you got your name, all your software, every email and phone number set up, and every bit of information you need, but now it's day one and you have to make the wheels begin to turn. What did y'all do on day one that turned your business successful? Cold calling all day? E-mail's? Outreach and networking? Looking on load boards? Calling brokers and carriers? I just want an insight on what your first actual day was like (If you remember it). Describe it to me, do you regret anything or wish you did the first day different? The first week even.
